National Coffee Day
For most of us, coffee is a part of the daily routine–going without would feel strange and probably exhausting. Whether brewed at home or served up by a favorite barista, 54% of adults drink at least one cup of coffee every day. Studies have shown that coffee consumption helps reduce the risk of developing diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, liver cancer, and heart disease, so that daily cup is probably a good idea. Here in the Pacific Northwest, birthplace of Starbucks, coffee is a deeply ingrained part of our local culture. Around here, anyone who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee is definitely seen as a bit odd.
Coffee lovers might be surprised to learn that September 29th is National Coffee Day; after all, every day seems like Coffee Day. The team at SendFudge.com wants to help make the day a little extra special, though, and a box of coffee-flavored fudge is a great way to do that. Our cappuccino fudge is made with real coffee and is especially good alongside a steaming mug of its liquid counterpart. If you need a way to justify eating fudge for breakfast, here it is.
We’re also happy to announce that we’ll soon have a new coffee-inspired fudge available: Mocha. Chocolate and coffee is a classic combination, so we’re sure Mocha fudge will be a big hit. Be sure to celebrate National Coffee Day, or at least take a break to savor your latte just a little more than usual.
